What we collect

• Account: your email and a hashed password (we never store or see the plain password).
• Jobs: the files you upload, the work order you type, and the output files we produce — stored privately per shop so your team can re-download them.
• Free file checks: the email you enter and the file you check.

What we do with your files

• Files are used to do your job — preflight, fix, impose — and for nothing else. Never for marketing, never shown publicly, never shared with other shops.
• The text of your work order is sent to Anthropic's Claude API to understand the job. Your PDF contents are not sent to the AI — file processing runs on our own servers.
• Job files are retained so your shop can re-download them. Purge any job (files and record) with the trash button in Recent jobs, or email us and we'll wipe it.

Where things live

• Processing runs on Fly.io (US). Storage and database are Supabase on AWS (US East). Transactional email via Resend.

What we don't do

• No selling or renting your data. No ad trackers on the site. No training AI models on your files.
